Salary: $32-36 per hour depending on experience and qualification.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Support client with everyday living e.g. Personal care, washing, cleaning, laundry, preparing and cooking meals, shopping, etc.
2. Facilitate community inclusion and participation based on client’s needs and preferences.
3. Assist with client’s physical and mobility requirements.
4. Demonstrate positive and professional behavior.
5. Promote and facilitate person-centered care.
6. Ensure the wellbeing and safety of the clients and perform the duty of care.
7. Follow Care n Help policies and procedures.

Requirements:

1. Must be located near/in the Ryde area.
2. Must be available daily, may from early morning or evening.
3. Must have good English communication skills.
4. Can do pick up and drop off.
5. Can support domestic tasks.
6. Certificate III/IV in disability or community support or equivalent qualification or equivalent experience.
7. Have the right to work in Australia.
8. Have current First Aid Certificate or CPR or equivalent.
9. NDIS Workers Check and NDIS Working with Children Check.
10. Have driver license and access to an insured vehicle.
11. Must have their own vehicle to transport clients.
