Worcester Community Trust is hiring a Male Domestic Abuse Project Worker to provide vital support to male individuals at risk of domestic abuse. This role requires personal commitment to community values and offers the chance to make a significant impact within the local area. Applicants must have a valid UK Driving License and will be part of a dedicated team promoting inclusivity in care.
12 hours per week – fixed until 31stMarch 26
£15.38 per hour

Purpose of the Role: We are seeking a compassionate, competent and committed Male Domestic Abuse Project Worker to join our team, with a specific focus on supporting male and male identifying individuals within Worcestershire.
You will provide trauma-informed, person-centred 1:1 support to any male experiencing or at risk of domestic abuse, ensuring our service is accessible, inclusive, and responsive to the needs of the individuals we support.
