Our Leicester location is opening soon, and we're looking for an experienced and driven Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead the launch and shape the future of this exciting new site. Key Responsibilities:

We're looking for confident, adaptable individuals excited to be part of something new. You'll receive full training to help you settle into the Maki & Ramen way and lead with confidence from day one.

As Assistant Restaurant Manager, your responsibilities are listed below but not limited to:

• Previous experience as Assistant General Manager is highly preferable, or at least Restaurant Supervisor
• Organisation and time management (ability to handle admin and operational duties on a daily basis)
• Financial acumen (understanding basic financial principles, including budgeting, cost control and profitability analysis)
• Strong grasp on operational knowledge within a hospitality/restaurant context
• Adaptable to variety of task loads
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to solve issues seamlessly
