Your role @CHANEL:

The successful candidate will lead the implementation of all Makeup Campaigns in the UK Region to strengthen Chanel's position as an authority in the makeup market. This Brand Manager is an expert in their market, demonstrating in-depth knowledge to ensure all activities engage clients across all touchpoints with a cohesive and compelling client experience.

What impact you can create at Chanel:

In the UK, the Makeup Brand Manager will guide and inspire teams, optimize marketing plans to enhance brand equity, maximize business opportunities, and ensure campaigns align with brand guidelines and business priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Define product positioning and makeup catalogue: for all campaigns and assortment across omni-channel environments, outlining strategies to optimize market positioning and connect meaningfully with clients.
  2. Manage the integrated marketing calendar: for all makeup campaigns to meet regional objectives.
  3. Lead 360 launch planning: in collaboration with UK regional teams to ensure plans are connected and amplified across all touchpoints, achieving business and brand goals.
  4. Forecasting and inventory management: for all product launches and support materials, partnering with commercial and demand planning teams.
  5. Budget management: of the makeup promotional budget.
  6. Market & client intelligence: to provide in-depth market knowledge, anticipate future opportunities through industry analysis, trends, and customer behaviors.
