Responsibilities

• Advise and recommend customers on beauty products and carry out makeup looks and demonstrations.
• Identify and connect with potential clients; assess needs and tailor service accordingly.
• Work with the team to deliver memorable customer experiences, stock handling, and POS efficiency.
• Build and nurture a client base with proactive updates on products and experiences to grow your divisions key products.
• Provide seamless connections to other store areas and Brand Partners.
• Collect customer feedback and use it to raise service and sales standards.
• Stay ahead of trends and expand knowledge of products and competitors.
• Follow health, safety and security procedures and help prevent stock loss.
