Become a Local SEN Tutor in West Sussex with TP Tutors Inspire. Support. Empower.

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? Do you live in West Sussex? Join TP Tutors and help learners overcome barriers, build confidence, and reach their full potential.

We're looking for patient, empathetic individuals with experience in education, youth work, or SEN support to deliver 1:1 or small group tuition in Maths, English, or other core subjects.

Role: SEN Tutor (SEND Support Opportunities Available)

Location: West Sussex - In-Person or Online

Hours: Flexible - Part-Time or Full-Time

How You'll Make a Difference:

  • Deliver tailored, accessible lessons designed to meet each learner's individual needs

  • Support students with a range of SEND, including autism, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties

  • Create a safe, nurturing environment where learners feel understood and supported

  • Work in-person across West Sussexwithin the learners home or in the local community

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience working with children or young people with SEN (in education, care, mentoring, etc.)

  • Confidence supporting primary or secondary-aged learners

  • Based in BCP and able to travel locally or teach online

  • Compassionate, adaptable, and reliable, with a genuine desire to help SEN learners thrive
