A leading building materials company in the UK is seeking a Major Projects Delivery Lead. In this pivotal role, you will oversee major construction projects from tender through to delivery, ensuring commercial success and maintaining high standards of quality and sustainability. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Materials, strong project management, and negotiation skills. We’re looking for a Major Projects Delivery Lead to join our team. In this strategic, high-impact role, you’ll take full ownership of major construction projects from initial tender through to contract delivery, driving commercial success while upholding the Brett Promise of quality, safety, and sustainability.
About The Role
You will be the key figure responsible for securing, negotiating, and delivering complex material supply contracts on large-scale infrastructure and construction projects. From building early relationships with specifiers and designers to managing contract execution and ensuring financial and operational alignment, this role spans the entire project lifecycle.
