Creative Scotland recherche un Project Officer motivé pour rejoindre leur équipe Major Programmes. Creative Scotland is looking for an organised and enthusiastic Project Officer to join us and deliver high quality large-scale development initiatives that aim to strengthen our organisation.
The role will join the Major Programmes Team who have responsibility for:
Multi-Year Fund implementation and management, including:
- Portfolio/cohort management, reporting and oversight.
- The design and implementation of the mechanism for organisations to join or leave the portfolio.
New Open Access Funds activity including:
- The project management of the design and implementation of the new Open Access Funds
- Once live, their ongoing management and oversight.
The Project Officer role is responsible for project management, planning and implementation and portfolio management activity, including programmes of engagement and monitoring of performance for the Multi-Year Fund. They will also be responsible for project management of the design and implementation of the new Open Access Funds.
Our ideal candidate will have demonstrative experience in project management and using technology to support the delivery of key projects. We require the successful candidate to demonstrate they have up to date knowledge of AGILE project methodology, including the use of sprints and management of actions and activity. Experience of using project management and collaboration software / tools for example Jira, Miro etc is desirable.
We are looking for the successful candidate to be highly organised, with ability to self-plan and prioritise their workload, as well as excellent interpersonal skills including communication, influencing and the ability to build strong relationships within the organisation. The role will require a result-driven, customer-focused, and collaborative-team-focused mindset.
Starting salary: £34,330 pa plus pension and benefits
Grade: C
Contract: Full Time/Permanent
Hours: 35 hours per week
Location: The contractual base for this post is Edinburgh, however, opportunities for hybrid working are offered.
