UK Major and Complex Loss Director

Department: Insurance Claims

About the role

Carry out loss adjusting for High Net Worth, Major Loss, and other complex insurance claims.

Key duties
  • Handle claims in line with company standards and HNW client requirements.
  • Ensure KPIs are met and maintained.
  • Proactively manage case progress and control.
  • Implement company systems and procedures effectively.
  • Understand and meet individual client needs.
  • Ensure technical accuracy and produce high-quality correspondence.
  • Manage customer interactions fairly and effectively.
  • Remain flexible to accommodate demanding schedules.
  • Follow all work in line with company and client requirements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, and other stakeholders.
  • Communicate regularly with interested parties.
  • Produce high-quality reports.
Key requirements
  • Experience in similar roles, especially in property adjusting and high net worth claims.
  • Professional qualifications such as ACILA or FCILA preferred.
