Job Profile

• Well-established and successful regional major loss operation covering the area south of the M4 from Land's End to Dover, excluding Greater London, requires several commercial major loss adjusters to handle large and complex losses exceeding £100,000 as part of a quality team.
• This recruitment drive aims to support expansion and succession planning.
• The roles offer top-quality work with outstanding technical and administrative support, enabling you to focus on providing excellent service to quality clients in exchange for quality fees.
• Candidates will be home-based and can reside anywhere south of the M4, preferably in Hampshire, Berkshire, or Sussex.
• Ideally, candidates should be A/FCILA qualified; however, individuals making significant progress toward qualification will also be considered.
• Experience handling losses over £100,000 is preferred, but strong commercial adjusting backgrounds aiming to move into major loss work will also be considered.

The basic salary is up to £75,000, complemented by an outstanding fee-related bonus, car/allowance, pension, private medical care, and 25 days holiday.
