Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in a similar coordinator role preferred.
  • Experience using Sage and reconciling accounts is essential.
  • Experience of the Property industry would be an advantage.

We have an exciting opportunity for Estates Administrator to join the UK’s largest specialist wine retailer!

If you can provide essential coordination and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our property and asset management functions, we need you!

The Role:

To assist with administration and coordination tasks within the Asset Management team. Supporting the team to effectively manage the Majestic property portfolio.

Job Specifics:

  • Contract Type: Permanent
  • Location: Watford. Our Head Office is based in Watford, just 20 minutes from London Euston. From Watford Junction, we are a 15-minute walk to our Head Office*

*We are proud to offer an Agile Working Policy for Head Office colleagues; a blend of office and remote working which will include 3 days working at the Majestic Office each week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide full administrative support to the Asset and Property team
  • Arrange meetings and take accurate minutes, distributing these promptly
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including room bookings and diary management
  • Raising and monitoring purchase orders and working within a budget
  • Reconcile accounts and ensure accurate financial record keeping
  • Logging and coding invoices, liaising with Finance and other departments as needed
  • Maintain up-to-date invoice records and track payment statuses
  • Reviewing and distributing correspondence / mail and escalating where necessary
  • Creating and amending standing orders and other rent payments
  • Being the first point of contact on invoicing and rent queries
  • Escalating issues and queries to the wider team
  • Arranging inspections and visits - liaising between store teams and agents etc.
  • Passing and checking legal documents for signature

Knowledge & Skills Required:

  • Excellent team working, communication, organisation and time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Experience using Sage and reconciling accounts is essential
  • Motivated and self-starting
  • High attention to detail
  • Good Microsoft Office skills - Excel, Word etc.
  • Adaptive and able to learn new processes quickly
  • 2+ years experience in a similar coordinator role preferred
  • Experience of the Property industry would be an advantage
