Maintenance Work Cycle Planner - Dunbar, UK
The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Maintenance Work Cycle Planner to join our experienced team at Torness Power Station. The Work Management Department is responsible for planning all on-site work to ensure compliance with the Site Licence, statutory regulations, and the delivery of maintenance policies and defect repairs.

The salary range is between £39,543 and £68,958, with terms covered by the EDF Nuclear Company Agreement. The starting salary will be within £39,543 to £54,582, depending on experience.

Supporting efficient maintenance operations, you will develop and manage effective schedules for plant maintenance and repairs. You will create Work Week plans that meet site license, regulatory, and compliance standards.
You will understand power station systems thoroughly, including their safety roles and diagnostic tools. Collaborating with stakeholders, you will plan activities aligned with priorities like Equipment Reliability, Operational Focus, and Fire Safety. Additionally, you will lead post-execution reviews to gather insights and improve processes.
You are self-motivated, resilient, and positive about your work. You work well in teams and communicate effectively across groups. Experience in nuclear or industrial maintenance environments and planning principles is required. Applicants should have at least GCSE or equivalent qualifications. Further training support is available.
