Location: Norton College, Tewkesbury, GL20 8UQ
Salary: £25,874 per annum (not pro rata)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday 8.30am-4.00pm
Contract: Permanent, Term time only

We are seeking a Maintenance Tutor to join Norton College in Tewkesbury. You will oversee and deliver Motor Maintenance or Construction Qualifications, supporting students to achieve these qualifications while maintaining health and safety standards within the workspace.
Your responsibilities include managing the maintenance area, ensuring safety documentation (COSHH) and risk assessments are current, and tools are stored and used safely.
You will develop positive relationships with students, many of whom have complex social, emotional, and mental health needs, including Autism, to facilitate their access to and achievement in educational, vocational, and recreational activities.
You will work closely with the Head of Pastoral Support and Senior Leadership Team to create engaging learning experiences and monitor student progress.
Additional duties or deployments may be assigned by the Head of School or Pastoral Support Lead.
