Key Responsibilities:

• Proactive tree management across parks on the Isle of Wight
• Maintain external areas such as car parks, paths, and roadways
• Follow health and safety policies during maintenance work
• Record maintenance activities accurately in the company system
• Ensure all equipment is in good working order and schedule regular servicing
• Operate the mobile radio system
• Seek personal development opportunities, including internal training courses
• Promote Parkdean Resorts values through training tools like “Creating Amazing Memories”
• Perform additional duties as required after appropriate training
• Report any security or safety concerns within the company's information systems
