What You’ll Do:

• Troubleshoot and repair CNC lathes, machining centers, Fanuc robots, lasers, parts washers, and other automation equipment
  
• Perform preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and extend machine life
  
• Diagnose mechanical and minor electrical issues and replace motors, switches, and fuses
  
• Support complex repairs with direction from senior technicians or supervisors
  
• Interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
  
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and follow all safety protocols
  
• Help ensure a clean, organized, and efficient work environment

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or CNC machine shop environment
  
• Solid knowledge of CNC systems, automation, and Fanuc robotics
  
• Ability to read blueprints, use precision measuring instruments, and perform shop math
  
• Familiarity with safety procedures including Lock-Out Tag-Out, Forklift Safety, and Arc Flash
  
• Self-starter with excellent judgment and attention to detail
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  
• Strong commitment to workplace safety, housekeeping, and quality standards
