Shifts: 1st, 2nd AND 3rd Allegiance Staffing is seeking skilled and motivated Machine Maintenance Technicians with mechanical and welding experience to join our clients' growing food manufacturing teams in Lancaster, PA.
Maintenance Tech- Focus: Mechanical & WeldingKey Responsibilities: Perform preventive maintenance on production and facility equipment
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
Assist with installation and setup of new machinery
Monitor equipment performance and make necessary adjustments
Maintain accurate maintenance logs and repair records
Work closely with production staff and fellow maintenance technicians
Requirements: High school diploma or GED (Technical certification )
2+ years of experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance
Strong skills in MIG and TIG welding
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing machinery
Experience with preventive maintenance software/tools
Capable of lifting heavy items and performing physical tasks
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-noise, and sometimes hot environment
