Caterpillar's Desford Paint Facility is seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Technician to support our manufacturing operations through dedicated weekend maintenance coverage (Fri,Sat,Sun). This role has been created to increase planned preventative maintenance activities, improve equipment reliability, and minimise unplanned downtime across our paint and production facilities.
Working as part of the maintenance team, you will play a key role in ensuring that critical plant and equipment are maintained to the highest standards, allowing production operations to perform safely, efficiently, and reliably.

Job Title: Maintenance Operative x3
Salary: starting salary of £37,900 rising to £42,000 once fully competent + shift allowance where applicable

Products include small wheel loaders, compact wheel loaders, backhoe loaders, compact track loaders, mini hydraulic excavators, skid steer loaders, telehandlers and small track-type tractors.
