Maintenance Technician (Training on Specialist Machinery)

£39,790 + Technical Training + Career Progression + Overtime + Shifts + 31 Days Holiday

Factory based commutable from Blackwood, Cwmbran, Newport, Pontypridd, Merthyr Tydfil, Cardiff and surrounding areas.

Shift based role: 3 Shift Rota, Monday - Friday (Early, Late, Nights)

Are you a Maintenance Technician from a Manufacturing / Production background looking for a shift-based maintenance role offering excellent technical training on bespoke machinery, clear career progression opportunities as well as the opportunity to significantly increase your on track earnings through unlimited optional overtime?

This company specialise in the end-to-end design and manufacture of specialist packaging, working with globally renowned clients. Through a focus on sustainability and innovation, they are looking to build a team of highly skilled maintenance technicians to improve the sites manufacturing performance.

On offer is a shift based maintenance role where you will be responsible for fault finding, reactive maintenance and preventative maintenance across the sites manufacturing equipment.

This role would suit a maintenance engineer from a manufacturing background who wants to technically progress both their skillset and career.

The Role:

• PPM and RM on specialist machinery
• Monday - Friday rotating 3 shifts.
