Job summary

Stow Healthcare is seeking a Maintenance Technician to help keep our home safe, comfortable, and well maintained for residents, visitors and colleagues. You will carry out day-to-day maintenance, ensure compliance standards are met, and support other homes when needed.

Reporting to the Home Manager and Group Maintenance Manager, you will take part in an on-call rota to respond to emergencies and contribute to a welcoming, high-quality living environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on approach to maintenance tasks.
• Strong work ethic and proactive attitude.
• Experience maintaining safe, compliant environments.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and compliance documents.
• Willingness to complete training and assist fire safety.
• Excellent communication with colleagues, contractors, and suppliers.
