£35,000 - £40,000 + Training + Progression + Qualifications + 3.5 Day Weeks + Life Assurance

Are you a Maintenance Technician or similar with engineering qualifications, looking to join an industry leading manufacturer that will invest in your career heavily with qualifications and ongoing courses with training on PLCs to become a multi-skilled engineer?


On offer is the opportunity to join a growing business with direct routes to progress to management and lead engineer positions in a role where you will work 3.5 days a week on average.


In this role you will be playing an integral part in the smooth running of the plant, through preventative and reactive maintenance.

The Role



  • Preventative and reactive maintenance

  • Training and qualifications in electrical etc.

  • Assisting with Internal Projects - installation etc.

  • Ensure health and safety standards are obtained

  • 3.5 days per week, 3 on 2 off, alternating days and nights
