Job Description:

We are seeking Maintenance Technicians for Rolls-Royce Motor Cars in Goodwood to ensure all maintenance activities are carried out to comply with legal requirements and safety standards. You will respond to and repair production equipment issues promptly, ensuring manufacturing facilities operate efficiently and meet KPIs. Responsibilities include performing planned maintenance, identifying failures, contributing to continuous improvement, and supporting team training.

What We Expect From You:

• Respond to production failures and restore equipment quickly using your skills and knowledge.
• Perform all planned maintenance, checks, and measurements.
• Identify failures and suggest improvements.
• Follow automated recordings, analyze trends, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues, and participate in facility improvement projects.
• Communicate effectively across different levels of the organization.
• Support and train team members as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Recognized engineering apprenticeship with NVQ 3 or equivalent qualification.
• Proactive and independent working style.
• Good communication skills and team orientation.
• In-depth knowledge of control systems, automation, robotics (ABB, KUKA), drive technology (Siemens, SEW), camera systems (Vision Tools, Cognex, Keyence), network technology, fieldbus, control cabinet construction (EPLAN), and mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic systems.
• Experience with maintenance systems (e.g., Smart Maintenance, SAP).

This position involves night shifts from 20:30 to 06:00, working 45 hours per week. Initially, you will work day hours before transitioning to night shifts. Please note that a valid work permit is required if you are not a passport holder of the country where the job is located.
