Role responsibilities
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of our Maintenance Team, helping us achieve high standards of train maintenance through conducting pre-planned exams and unplanned repairs. You will be responsible for changing engines, transmissions, and wheel sets.
This role requires flexibility, as it covers a variety of shift patterns including days, nights, weekends, and Bank Holidays.
Who we're looking for
Welsh Skills
Ability to speak/write Welsh would be an advantage but is not essential. Transport for Wales supports and encourages Welsh language development through various training and community courses.
