• Experience in maintenance or similar role.
• Training in manual handling and PAT testing.
• Asbestos awareness, first aid, and fire safety knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance requests and advise on preventive measures.
• Ensure all maintenance records are accurate and up to date.
