Maintenance Technician (Luxury Residential)

Are you a Maintenance Technician from a Facilities or similar background looking for a varied role working at a range of high-end properties for celebrities and globally recognisable figures across London within a well-established company known for looking after their staff who offer a good work life balance and occasional overtime to increase earnings?

About the Company

This company is a well-established provider of property maintenance services who work with a range of high end clients ranging from private individuals to commercial clients such as theatres and dockyards. They are known for their long term staff retention and are now looking to grow their friendly team of 20.

The Role

In this varied role you will work across London as you travel on public transport (or bike if preferred) to primarily high-end residential, and some commercial properties. You will undertake routine maintenance and minor repairs in addition to assisting with HVAC servicing and taking samples whilst on site.

• Perform day-to-day maintenance and minor repairs
• Assist with servicing HVAC systems and take samples
• Inspect properties and report on any faults
• Working with a range of high-end residential and commercial clients
• Monday-Friday role with occasional overtime and call outs
• Covering a local patch around London using public transport (costs covered)
