Qualifications

• Experience in hotel maintenance or similar environment.
• Ability to perform decorating, carpentry, plumbing and electrical tasks.
• Willingness to learn and be proactive.

Responsibilities

• In-house decorating.
• Carpentry tasks as needed.
• Basic plumbing work.
• Basic electrical work.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping to ensure bedrooms are maintained.
