We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team!You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
• Perform routine preventive maintenance
• Maintain log of material and supply receipts/inventory
• Overseework performed by outside contractors as necessary

General Tasks:

• Landscaping
• Painting
• Apartment renovation tasks
• Lawn care/landscaping
• Groundskeeping
• Painting
• Basic and preventative maintenance
• Apartment renovation tasks
• General cleaning
• Trash pickup
• Shoveling
• Heavy lifting

Qualifications:

• Driver's License

Workplace environment:

• You will be working in and around multi-family buildings in Manchester, NH. Some days there will be work in Concord, Nashua, or other surrounding towns, but the majority of work is in Manchester, NH
