Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to lead our facilities' upkeep, ensuring safety, comfort, and compliance in a community-focused environment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in maintenance or skilled trades, with knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry, and a valid driver’s license. You will work independently, diagnose issues, and support in-house projects to keep buildings safe and welcoming.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least three years of maintenance or skilled-trade experience.
• Skilled in at least one trade (carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC).
• Working knowledge of building systems and general maintenance methods.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and regulatory standards.
• Valid driver’s license required at hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs across facilities while ensuring compliance with codes.
• Enter and track work orders using a CMMS.
• Diagnose and resolve maintenance issues independently.
• Assist with in-house facility projects and collaborate with team members.
• Maintain a safe, organized workspace and follow safety procedures.
