Job summary

Berkshire Residential Investments is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support property upkeep and safety across our communities. You will assist in preserving physical attributes, uphold standards, and help manage shop operations and inventory while delivering strong resident service.

We value a year of community maintenance experience, practical knowledge of appliances, and proficient English communication. Proficiency with computers and related applications is required for daily tasks.

Qualifications

• At least one year prior experience in the maintenance needs of a community.
• Proficient in appliances, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and building maintenance.
• Proficient in writing, speaking and understanding the English language.
• Able to use computers and related applications.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive preservation of the property’s physical attributes.
• Provide complete support to management upholding community and corporate standards.
• Ensure that all safety measures are enforced.
• Assist in maintaining the shop, equipment, inventory, and security.
• Be an inspector; maintain curb appeal and property presentation.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and teammates.
