Fairfield Residential Home is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join the team at Fairfield Care Home. The role involves a range of maintenance tasks to keep the home safe, compliant and well presented for residents and staff.

Based at Banbury Road, Oxford, this part-time position (32.5 hours per week) offers a permanent contract and a salary of £28,000 to £33,600 per annum. You will work under the Estates Manager to perform reactive and planned maintenance and improvements across the building

Responsibilities

• Carry out day-to-day reactive and planned preventative maintenance and improvement on the fabric of the building, the grounds, its services and equipment to ensure a safe, secure, compliant and comfortable environment for residents, staff and visitors.
