Job summary

Eurocell PLC is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician with a mechanical/electrical bias for our Sutton-in-Ashfield site. The role involves hands-on maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems across our extrusion and production equipment, with a focus on reliability and uptime.

You will work a 12:00–22:00 shift, collaborate with external contractors, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. A Level 3 apprenticeship and strong diagnostic skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Recognised electrical/mechanical maintenance apprenticeship/Level 3 training.
• Significant electrical and mechanical maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical/mechanical schematics.
• Driving licence may be required to assist on other sites.

Responsibilities

• Maintain DC motors and associated drives.
• Service and repair Electrical Control Systems.
• Perform electrical and mechanical installations.
• Carry out planned and preventative maintenance tasks.
