Job summary

Air Liquide is seeking a Maintenance Technician to safeguard the reliability of our production plant and equipment. You will perform reactive and preventative maintenance on cryogenic pumps and industrial gas systems, working with production teams and subcontractors to ensure on-time, compliant work.

You'll uphold safety, calibrate and certify equipment, manage spare parts locally, and contribute to risk assessments and improvement projects within a COMAH-relevant environment.

Qualifications

• Requires solid Mechanical Engineering background and 2+ years in the field.
• Desirable experience on COMAH sites or with safety-critical processes.
• Knowledge of Pressure Safety Systems Regulations, RAMS, and Permit to Work is advantageous.
• Familiarity with cryogenic pumps and industrial gas systems.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Execute routine and breakdown maintenance on cryogenic pumps and industrial gas filling systems in line with engineering best practices.
• Coordinate with production teams and subcontractors to schedule and perform on-time maintenance.
• Manage local spare parts inventory efficiently within budget.
• Participate in safety walks and risk assessments; log data in CMMS.
• Collaborate with Engineering to address obsolescence and support Capex projects.
