Opportunity: Maintenance Technician at Crownworks, Birmingham

This is an exciting opportunity to join our operational team at Crownworks, Birmingham as a Maintenance Technician.

The Maintenance Technician is an essential team member responsible for all on-site maintenance tasks and delivering excellent customer service to residents. You should be friendly, approachable, and possess a can-do attitude.

You will handle technical and mechanical work to ensure that the community’s buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality through maintenance-related tasks. Your primary responsibilities include inspecting, repairing, and maintaining apartments and other interior/exterior areas.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Complete work orders from resident requests and routine upkeep, diagnosing issues and making repairs following safety standards.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service in a face-to-face role.
  3. Accurately document and track service requests and maintenance activities.
  4. Build and maintain positive relationships with residents and team members.
  5. Work efficiently, stay organized, and communicate effectively with professionalism.
  6. Follow company policies and procedures diligently.
