Job summary

Uk Addiction Treatment Centres is seeking a Maintenance Operative/Technician for Linwood House, Barnsley. The role involves overseeing general maintenance, health and safety, and repairs across our centres.

The post requires a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle, with 40 hours per week and a pay rate of £15.00 per hour. Training, pension, and a range of employee benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role and ability to undertake repairs around the centre.
• Health and safety awareness and ability to complete checks.
• Driving licence and access to own vehicle required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee general maintenance of the centre and repairs.
• Liaise with external contractors and other workers as needed.
• Maintain water hygiene, temperature checks, and safety audits.
• Maintain buildings and comply with health and safety regulations.
• Attend team meetings and refresher training as directed.
