Fortunatus Housing Solutions are a Warrington based housing charity, housing vulnerable adults with mental health problems.

You will be required to work on a maintenance team made up of various tradesmen, all of who are multi-skilled.

You will have experience in working within housing and property maintenance and be able to turn your hand to most maintenance that is required. You will be sometimes working in a challenging environment and it is important that you have good people skills with the ability to treat everyone equally.

You would be reporting to a Warehouse Manager, Operations Manager and Operations Director and would be allocated a caseload of properties that you would maintain/repair.

In addition you would be required to work on empty properties when they are vacated to bring them up to a good standard for a new tenants.

Your working hours would be 8.30 to 4.30 Monday to Friday.

You will also be required to attend call outs in the evenings and at weekends and would be paid a rate of £100 per call out for this.

You will be provided with a company vehicle, fuel card and iPhone

Good communication is essential, the ability to communicate via email and text are also important as you will be setting off for your days work from home and your jobs will be reported via email. As most of the company's workers are home based, email is an essential part of the company's communication.

The ability to keep and update a virtual diary of your jobs and good team skills are also essential.

Preferred location of applicant is Warrington, Wigan, St Helens due to the need to attend call outs etc.
