We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Facilities & Maintenance Technician to join a vibrant residential community in Birmingham. You will work closely with the General Manager to ensure the site remains safe, welcoming, and well-maintained, providing high-quality living spaces for residents.

• Oversee contractors and ensure compliance with site rules
