A leading company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure the smooth running of co-living houses. The role requires multi-trade experience, excellent communication skills, and a friendly approach to maintain customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will manage maintenance tasks and build relationships while contributing to a positive living environment for housemates.
Our Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the smooth running of our co-living houses and associated buildings across the business.
They will take care of matters associated with maintenance and repairs and provide proactive and reactive solutions. They will prepare, plan and implement a maintenance programme designed to reduce overall costs. They will plan and implement minor property improvement projects.
They will play a key role in ensuring our housemates can enjoy a comfortable stay in our beautiful houses. Excellent communication and relationship building skills will be essential as you fulfil a customer facing role, maintaining outstanding customer satisfaction whilst also balancing the needs of the business.
Reporting to the Lettings Manager, they will also provide assistance to our wider team during busy periods, when required. They will be supported by our lettings team and a comprehensive paperless, online working structure.
