Job summary

Valeo is a global tech company and automotive supplier focused on greener, safer mobility. This Maintenance Technician role is on 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 3:30PM-11:30PM) with overtime as needed and involves keeping our high-speed manufacturing equipment running.

You will perform electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic maintenance, do preventative maintenance, and propose improvements to the Maintenance Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; a technical Associates degree is preferred.
• 2+ years of experience with high-speed manufacturing and/or assembly equipment, or an Associates degree.
• 2+ years of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic experience.
• Experience troubleshooting PLCs.

Responsibilities

• Electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance on assembly equipment.
• Scheduled preventative maintenance and unplanned emergency repairs.
• Propose preventative maintenance opportunities to the Maintenance Manager.
