Overview

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician who is highly motivated and detail-oriented to join our team as a Maintenance Engineer. This individual will perform a variety of maintenance functions, including installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment, HVAC systems, painting, wall repair, tile work, and upkeep of the preventative maintenance program at our resort/hotel. You will collaborate closely with different team members, so a quick, engaging attitude is essential.

Your role:

• Perform general maintenance of building and facility mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Conduct electrical repairs on appliances, wiring, air conditioning systems, switches, fixtures, and motors.
• Repair plumbing fixtures, piping, drains, and sanitary systems.
• Make repairs to woodwork, wall vinyl, doors, windows, carpeting, etc.
• Perform mechanical maintenance on pumps, compressors, water heaters, automotive equipment, and other machinery.
• Maintain records as per company policy, including logs of completed tasks and reports for supervisors, submitted promptly.
