Maintenance Technician

LSH Auto is a renowned automotive company specializing in luxury vehicle brands such as Mercedes-Benz, BYD and Smart. We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team at our prestigious dealership in Stockport. As a Maintenance Technician at LSH Auto, you will play a vital role in ensuring the proper maintenance and repair of our high-end vehicles, while providing exceptional service to our valued customers.

Hours: 40

Salary: £30,700 plus OTE £45,000

Welcome Bonus: £2,000

Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements
• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on a variety of luxury vehicles
• Perform regular inspections and identify potential problems
• Collaborate with a team of technicians to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed
• Test vehicle performance and ensure compliance with industry standards
• Stay updated on the latest automotive technology and repair techniques

Minimum Requirements:

• Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role
• Proven ability to diagnose and repair mechanical issues
• In-depth knowledge of automotive systems and components
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
