Are you a skilled Maintenance Technician looking for a rewarding role where your work truly matters? At Wilderness Way, we provide safe and comfortable homes for young people, and we need a hands‑on professional to help maintain and improve our properties.

What You’ll Do:
  • Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across our properties.
  • Work on a variety of tasks, from joinery and plumbing to decorating and grounds maintenance.
  • Ensure a safe, welcoming environment for children.
  • Collaborate with our team and contractors to deliver high‑quality repairs.
  • Take the lead on planned works and support the estates team with surveys and maintenance planning.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in maintenance or construction.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A keen eye for detail and commitment to high‑quality work.
