We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to complete planned preventative maintenance and reactive tasks within the maintenance team.
The post holder will operate across all university sites and will act as first response to maintenance issues. No two days are the same, so you will need to be flexible in your approach to task and problem solving. Prioritising your day will be a pre-requisite alongside working with staff and various teams to resolve maintenance issues and affect repairs.

We are an accredited Living Wage Foundation Employer and currently pay the real living wage, which is currently £24,309 per annum. In recognition of this, the starting salary for this post has been increased to pay this higher amount which currently supersedes the actual Grade 4 salary before living wage.

We are looking for a committed individual with knowledge of maintenance works in a fast-paced environment as you will work in our student halls of residence and our academic spaces.
