Less Weekends: with this three-shift pattern, your weekends are mostly free. What will you do, football, golf, cinema, or time with the family?

• A manageable three shift rota of Days (6am-2pm Monday to Friday), Nights (10pm-6am Sunday to Thursday) and Afternoons (2pm-10pm Monday to Friday).
