Job summary

SEGULA Technologies is seeking Maintenance Technicians for our state-of-the-art facility in Solihull. You will join an engineering maintenance team responsible for keeping automated production systems performing at peak levels.

You will diagnose faults, perform preventative and reactive maintenance, and support automation projects across advanced robotics and conveyance systems. A strong emphasis on safety and continuous improvement drives daily work.

Qualifications

• Engineering qualification such as Advanced Apprenticeship or NVQ Level 3
• Experience in maintenance within manufacturing/automation environment
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

• Ensure maximum equipment availability and minimise downtime across production operations.
• Carry out planned, preventative and reactive maintenance activities.
• Support safe, efficient and reliable manufacturing performance.
• Maintain and troubleshoot advanced automated systems, including robots, welding equipment, conveyors, tooling and lifting gear.
• Contribute to continuous improvement, equipment upgrades and automation projects.
• Promote and uphold a strong safety-first culture.
