2 x Multi Skilled Maintenance Specialist positions: one for a day shift and one for a shift with allowance, with a hands-on approach to maintenance tasks across Kings Hospital Estates. The role involves leading the shift team to maintain equipment, fabric, and utility services of the Trust's properties, ensuring high-quality, patient-focused service delivery.
