Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum

Hours: 8am – 5pm or 9am – 6pm

Responsibilities:

1. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facilities.
2. Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
3. Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
4. Maintain records of maintenance activities.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role.
2. Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
3. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
4. Strong problem-solving skills.
