Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, steam and compressed air systems.
  • Supporting statutory inspections and compliance checks including PSSR, Legionella control and fire safety.
  • Managing contractors on site, reviewing RAMS and issuing permits for high-risk activities.
  • Recording all activities in the CMMS and maintaining accurate compliance documentation.

Responsibilities

As a Facilities Technician, you\'ll be part of a close-knit team responsible for maintaining and improving the building services and infrastructure that power our operations. You\'ll work across cleanrooms, laboratories and plant rooms, ensuring everything runs safely and efficiently. Every day will bring something new, from compliance checks to hands-on maintenance. Youll be responsible for:

  • Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, steam and compressed air systems
  • Supporting statutory inspections and compliance checks including PSSR, Legionella control and fire safety
