Job description

Job Description

The Maintenance Technician will maintain a variety of production equipment at our facility. Machines include CNC, milling, grinding, drilling, punch presses, CO2/Fiber optic lasers, robots, and other production-related machines. You will perform all tasks including preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, programming, and reviewing and recommending more efficient methods of production and machine use, while observing all health and safety guidelines. A Maintenance Technician is a professional with a practical mind, attention to detail, and able to work alone or with others.

Responsibilities
  1. Perform maintenance of electrical systems in the facility and related machines with the ability to read and understand electrical schematics, installing and troubleshooting these various systems.
  2. Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems and machine controls.
  3. Ability to operate various tools and equipment including hand and power tools, metal fabrication equipment, and welding equipment.
  4. Strong electrical skills (12V, 24V, 110V, 220V, 480V).
  5. Knowledge of hydraulic and mechanical press systems.
  6. Knowledge of fiber optic and CO2 laser machines.
  7. CMMS and welding experience a plus.
  8. Ability to work at heights of up to 40 ft.
  9. Ability to work overtime and weekends when needed.

Shift Hours: 1st shift hours: 6:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Monday-Friday with additional overtime as required on Saturdays.
