About the Role:

Elite Building Services is looking to hire a full-time Maintenance Technician in the state of Connecticut (5) days per week, Monday thru Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm. Candidate must possess organizational skills, attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

NOTE: Some evening and weekend work may be required for emergency work.

The Maintenance Tech position will require traveling to various sites that Elite manages in the following areas:

• Enfield
• Windsor
• Simsbury
• Worcester
• Hartford

Compensation: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour based on experience

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Changing Door Locks
• Replacing Light Bulbs
• Changing Ballasts
• Minor Plumbing Work
• Minor Electrical Work
• Unclogging Toilets
• Hanging Numerous Items on Walls
• Minor Sheet Rock Repair
• Minor Glass Repair
• Assembling Office Furniture & Equipment

Role Requirements:

• 2 Years maintenance experience
• Valid Driver’s License
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must have reliable transportation

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 20+ pounds regularly every day
• Bend, stretch, stand, twist, reach, walk & sit for extended periods of time
• Climb stairs and ladders
