Job Description

Job Title - Maintenance Technician

Location – Torrington Avenue, Coventry

Hours Of Work – Weekly rotation 6am to 2pm, 2pm to 10pm and 10pm to 6am

Salary – Up to £40,000 plus overtime

Holiday – 30 Days inclusive of Bank Holidays

Job Type – 12 month Fixed Term Contract

Scope of Work:

  • To effectively maintain production equipment on a 3-shift rotation.

Key Result areas.

  • Minimise Downtime.
  • Maximise Machine capability
  • Maintenance, repair & continuous improvement of production machinery, equipment systems, including daily / weekly routine maintenance activities in combination with supporting continuous improvement activities
  • Participation in the identification and procurement of consumables & spares,
  • Accompany, assist and monitor service engineers, contractors and vendors
  • Ensure efficient shift handovers to ensure machines and plant are safe & maintained at optimum operational condition.
  • Multi-skilled role Electrical/Mechanical within a manufacturing/production environment or similar.
  • Follow Company H&S Policies.

  • 8th Edition electrical Installation.
