BMW Group in Coleshill is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure the facility operates efficiently, applying maintenance principles and providing hands-on electrical fault finding and fault diagnosis support. You will interpret electrical schematics and contribute to quality, safety, and reliability goals.
The role requires NVQ3 or an equivalent electrical qualification and an apprenticeship. Automotive manufacturing experience is preferred; familiarity with SAP data recording is a plus.

As the Maintenance Technician your main responsibilities will include ensuring the effective technical use of a variety of maintenance principles ensuring the efficiency and technical availability of the facility is continuously maintained. You will also provide hands on technical support to resolve any quality, efficiency and complex problems. You will be responsible for demonstrating competence in fault finding on Electrical systems, interrogate electrical schematics and cable references.
